Jason, Jordan,
Thank you for all your help with my LG4540. The tractor has been very good, but your help and service has been excellent. I will continue to recommend Lakeview Equipment in the future. Good luck in the New Year guys.

Lakeview Equipment Sales,
As a recently retired civil servant and small mixed farmer (horses, hay and now fruit trees) I was looking for a multi purposed tractor that would help ease my work load as well as tend to 8 acres of lawn and blow out a 1/2 mile driveway in the winter. Up to this point I had, somehow, managed these tasks by hand, hire, borrow, or with the help of others and it was time I gained some independence and became a bit more expeditious, to say the least.
In short, I needed a machine that would be useful in all of the above and without breaking the bank.
After conducting a fair amount of research on the subject I chose a Montana 4540 which seemed, in all aspects, to suit my needs.
I suspect that there is no one perfect tractor that can perform all (farm or acreage related) tasks equally well based on capability and efficiency; however, my Montana 4540 was the perfect choice for me. It's compact, maneuverable, reliable (easy winter starts) and has plenty of muscle to do what I require of it and is extremely economical to operate. That being said, I also like the well-balanced look and feel of it.
There it is. You should be able to guess by now that I'm my Montanans biggest fan and a satisfied customer to boot."

Lakeview Equipment Sales,
Since we purchased our Montana 57 hp. tractor, we have found it to be quite capable and very comfortable, in a number of different tasks. The PTO switch is a real benefit when working inside or outside the tractor. It's very easy to reach and disengage. The wide range of gears and speeds is extremely useful for different field conditions, and the tire options are impressive indeed!
Our tractor seems to turn on a dime, which is quite handy when using the mowers or harrows around the Ranch. We also find that the visibility and comfort in the cab is excellent. In fact, we just like everything about this tractor, and the folks that take real good care of us at Lakeview Equipment.
Honesty and Service are two very important factors for us, and the folks at Lakeview Equipment, have demonstrated very high levels in both of these qualities. The real bonus was the immediate delivery to our yard! That's a long haul from Lacombe.

Have a 4340 with about 125 hrs. On it now. My first warranty experience on this tractor was nothing less than outstanding. I made a call in the afternoon; it was picked up the next morning and was back in 2 days. This was for a rear engine seal. No extra charge for pick-up and delivery, and even a follow-up call a couple of days later to check if everything was okay! That is service like I have never experienced before. This all from the boys from Lacombe, Alberta. I hope they don't mind me using they're name.

After conducting a lot of research on the tractor subject, we purchased a year or so ago a 4340 Montana tractor with loader for our 90 acre horse
ranch from Jason.Only having one tractor without a loader prior to on this ranch then graduating to the 4340 was indeed quite a pleasant change. This handy little unit does it all, it's compact, maneuverable (especially in the indoor riding arena), reliable plus winter starting is never a problem and economical to operate, not sure how we did it before without a unit like this. Even the wife likes to run it when she gets the chance....We are very pleased with this 4340 Montana tractor, the after sales service that we have received and will continue to spread the good word. See the people at Lakeview Equipment Sales in Lacombe for your next tractor purchase.

Montana? This was totally foreign to us.... We did considerable comparison shopping before we even spoke to Jason. Jason certainly went above and beyond to make sure that would be satisfied with our purchase. We found that there was no comparison in quality and price. We were _sold_. We have a 5' bucket, 6' rototiller, and 7' redischarge mower. We now have over 100 hrs on this little tractor, it has never let us down or hesitated to do anything we needed to do with it. A few items that could be modified to make it more user friendly for height impaired people would be: #1 the location of the fuel tank, especially if you are filling the tank with 5 gallon gas cans. #2 trying to prop open the hood to check or change the oil. #3 after market filters could be more readily available.Having said all this, we would still not trade our Montana for any other tractor on the market.
